How the score works

Seven ratios come out of your eight numbers: true overhead, team pay, collection rate, write off, hygiene share, new patients and production a day.
Each ratio is scored 0 to 100 against the healthy range in the Parkhurst Best Practice Library, then weighted. Overhead counts most.
The weakest ratio sets this month's move, with the gap in dollars.
